During your first visit we will get to know one another. Your needs are unique to you and we will go over your specific concerns and goals for therapy. You are not alone. We will walk together with your next steps of growth and healing. I work Monday through Thursday during the day and early evening.
Before your first visit, please fill out the demographic information on-line on the link below. Your information and consent forms will be found on your Therapy Appointment patient portal. You can make your appointments directly with me. Please remember your username and password to receive e-mails from me. The passwords are case sensitive. Please call if you need help with this process.

For Wisconsin we are now seeing clients at 6402 Odana Rd, Ste 106, Madison 53719 on Mondays. If needed, telehealth is an option.
For North Carolina we are now using Telehealth with Google Meet. https://meet.google.com/ Please download on your phone or computer before your first session. It is very effective and easy to use, and HIPPA compliant. You will receive an appointment reminder 24 hours before your session and I will call you at that time.

Fees
Individual sessions - 1 hour for $175.00; $200.00 for initial evaluation
Out of Pocket private pay $135.00 or sliding scale available in case of financial hardship.
